The CCi is available with a cassette for those customers who have a need to recycle bills within their store, for example to self-fill ATMs. The CCi cassette is completely interchangeable with the pouch carrier and can be supplied with or without a key lock for added security. Tamper evident seals are also available to provide a full audit trail and the capacity of the cassette is approximately 400 bills.
The Bank of England code of conduct on the local recirculation of banknotes through ATMs or similar devices requires that these notes are passed through a validation device which has passed the Bank of England tests and is registered on their website. The CCi is such a registered device and any note which has been through a CCi unit before being redistributed to customers will be a valid note and fit for use in ATMs and other cash distribution devices.
